Twinkling Star is a very popular design. It is also a wonderful example of how a slight change in fabric and colour can make a design look so different. This quilt "sparkles" with the stars in burgundy and navy contrasting plains. The fabrics used in this quilt add movement to the design. It exhibits the work of a fine quilter. The backing is plain burgundy and it is bound in the same Burgandy found in the quilt.
