This Original Design by D & D Country Quilts is "For the Birds". It gives the impression you are looking out a window at a tree filled with a variety of wild birds. The birds are appliquéd and free hand quilted to give them a three dimensional appearance. You will see the finer branches have been embroidered . The outside border is a mossy green Batik that looks like leaves framing the window. The binding is of the same Batik. The backing is in plain brown. |
