As with most applique quilts, the beautiful hand quilting really shows off. The basket in the center of the quilt is made of dusty blue. The flowers in the basket are different burgundies, and blues, with green leaves. The bird is a lovely added touch in light blue. The vine, with it's appliqued burgundy hearts, frames the centered top of your bed. The swag at the top will rest on your pillows. The binding is in burgundy to show off the scalloped border and the backing is in off white, Also pictured on my about page. |
